What Are
The Cash Gifting Facts?

1. There is no "company" behind it: An interesting part of gifting to me is that there is no one above you that can decide the future of the activity. I've promoted other programs in the "home business" industry that were not cash gifting and where there were always some "leaders" or owners of companies that you were dependent on and whose rules and decisions you had to deal with.

If these people made critical business mistakes, you suffered the consequences along with them. Needless to say as this industry has evolved, I suffered the classic "rug being pulled out from under me" situation enough times to find this element of Cash Gifting VERY appealing.

You see, in REAL Gifting, there are no "companies". It is simply normal people, informing others about the right we all have to share and gift property, assets, cash etc. to others if we so choose. A real gift is one that is given freely without coercion, and with no expectation of any return or consideration within the Gifting laws and rules set forth by legislation and consitutional rights.

Real gifting enables one person to gift another. No middlemen. No companies. No fat cat sitting at the top deciding who, when and how much people "get paid" as in other programs that have to deal with the marketing of overpriced, low value "products & services".

2. There are no products to promote. Gifting generates cash. It's a very simple concept for people to understand. Before I researched the rules and concept of Cash Gifting, this honestly raised a red flag. I was so focused on traditional "business" that I was making the mistake of trying to think about Cash Gifting in the way I was taught to think of a "business". But after researching, I found that Cash Gifting is NOT a business, and is not portrayed as such. Matter of fact, that is one of the biggest challenges I see on the internet.

There are so many people that get intrigued and join a cash gifting program that may be properly structured, but then, they revert to explaining it and treating it the way they do other more traditional models of "home business" programs and that is a problem. People get themselves into problems when they practice with "motivated ignorance" in the marketplace of ideas.

You need to be sure you're learning Gifting from people that actually know what it is... and more importantly, from people that also know what it is not. That way you can truly benefit from the many positive atributes of properly structured, private cash gifting activities.

3. You can start with as little as $150. Absolutely correct. These days you can learn and get started in Cash Gifting activities by giving a modest gift to your inviter. Most other cash leveraging and even traditional home based business programs may have very high entry points, into the thousands of dollars. Of course, for people who are interested in cash gifting at higher levels, there are activities which give you the option of giving and receiving MUCH HIGHER amounts of cash gifts. So you have levels available to fill many people's interests.

The cash gifting levels with 1UP direct structures are truly powerful cash generating vehicles. Although that can be VERY beneficial to people of above average means... I'm really excited today about having access to gifting activities where anyone truly serious about changing their lives can get invited for only $150. That enables me to be able to help so many more people.

And by aligning yourself with an activity that has a wide open and accessible structure, you'll find yourself being able to invite and help many more people as well, but still have the ability to leverage and generate cash from the higher pledge amounts as your invitees see the power in cash gifting. The best of both worlds.

Let's talk about what CashGifting really is...By definition Cash Gifting (also referred to as "Cash Leveraging") is the act of privately or publicly giving another person or entity a declared sum of cash, strictly as a gift and giving it freely without coercion or consideration. It is NOT a "quid-pro-quo" transaction where you offer something of equal or considerable value in exchange for cash. That would be NOT be considered a true cash gift.

It doesn't involve network marketing, multi level marketing, or a business or commercial activity. There are no business transactions, investments and/or securities involved in a properly structured cash gifting activity. It's strictly giving and receiving real cashgifts.

There is no business or company or "location" and there are no directors, officers, shareholders or principals. Individuals simply support each other in the distribution of information and communication regarding cash gifting and invite others privately to learn about the concept.

It's certainly not for everyone, and it never will be. Over the years, there have been many opinions and thoughts as to the legitimacy and morality of Gifting as a viable and honest means of generating cash. But at the heart of Cash Gifting is a basic core principle that's often overlooked and convoluted with greed and the lust for money. Good people can get together and do great things for others. And contrary to what some extremists say, people have, do and will continue to give freely without the expectation of receiving anything in return from the person they give a gift to.

Other people just choose not to believe that. But again, that is people's opinions, and not facts about cash gifting or cash gifting activities.

Bad people can also get involved and do terrible things. It's the same as with anything in life. It's not the method or the medium... but the people involved and their own agendas, that determine the intent of the cash gifting concept.

That is exactly why we seek to align ourselves and invite only people of high integrity and character to learn about Cash Gifitng as a form of improving their economic situations.

The core principle is powerfully simple...

"To help others first, in order to help yourself. To take control of your own financial well being and not be so dependent on other forces, traditions and systems that continue to fail you."

CashGifting puts the power to create economic prosperity back in the hands of the people, and takes away the middlemen of the current system (corporations, and traditional employment models). It's no surprise that the giving and receiving of gifts can drastically change a person's life, and despite some common misconceptions about Gifting, it still remains one of the most popular vehicles for financial gain in the world.

Ever contribute to Habitat For Humanity? Or the Children's Hospital Fund? I have. I've sent thousands of dollars to those organizations, thanks to the financial power this and other internet leveraging models have helped me achieve. If you have sent money to any of the above organizations or others like them... YOU TOO have participated in Gifting.

There are countries where the act of gifting is actually the highest of second highest portion of their economy, next to tourism. It's just that most people fail to realize something is so evident until we look outside our programmed routines.

In fact, Gifting programs have been said to account for nearly 60% of all money generated in the home based opportunity industry.

Is Cash Gifting Legal? Is it legal for consenting adults in a free society to CHOOSE to send each other money?

Is it legal for you, after reading about the cash gifting concept and knowing full well that you are sending cash to another individual without expecting to get anything from him/her in return for your cash gift... is it legal for you to send YOUR property (cash) to someone else if YOU CHOOSE to do it of your own free will?

The fact that people even ask this question these days tells me a LOT about the current state of the world we live in today... how "free" do people really believe they are?

I like to ask this question:

Why in world would it NOT be legal for me to be able to send MY cash to someone else, NO MATTER the reason, so long as it was not to purchase illegal products, launder dirty money or knowingly attempt to evade taxation?

Show me the legal code where it states that it is illegal for me as a private citizen to send my property (be it cash, software, books, furniture, clothing or any other property) to another private and free individual of my choosing for any reason... can anyone show me the legal code that states that it's illegal for me to gift my property to another of my choosing?

Kind of spooky that some people may think they are less free than this isn't it?

It's more scary to me to think that some people in our free world actually believe that giving your property to others SHOULD be illegal...! That's really frightening... but ask some MLMers or other people in competing concepts and that's exactly what they are saying and believing, which is a laughable irony...

Laughable and ironic because only a few years ago, the vast majority of people around the world thought that their concept ( MLM )was a joke at best, or a vile scheme that took advantage of innocent people at worst... so it's ironic that they would be the most emotionally disturbed about the concept of cash gifting...

The other funny group adamantly opposed (threatened) by cash gifting are the arrogant "Information Marketers" who peddle worthless "information" and coaching, and "educational" products via the internet in the form of private or affiliate marketing (one of the MOST competitive and "dog eat dog" industries online where NOBODY really wants to help anyone else out (unless they charge for it) and some of the HARDEST and MOST DIFFICULT concepts to learn and make any decent money in. Of course they don't like gifting. Their model is hard, takes a boatload of money, effort and skill (unduplicable) to learn and be effective and mainly pays peanuts! There is no way they can really compete with the simple concept of online cash gifting without resorting to a bunch of negative hype and scare tactics.. and I promote affiliate marketing products too! I just do it as a side method when I have valuable information for my team to check out, and NOT as a primary source of income... I'd be starving! It's way too complicated to master for so little money. People don't care about SEO, Direct Response Marketing mastery, $5000 coaching seminars, $1,000 monthly membership "Inner Circles" with "gurus" or any other "GURU" mumbo jumbo, hype...

Most times it's just a bunch of arrogant kids out there pretending to be something they're not and preying on ignorant people who don't know any better.

I'd rather use a simple concept anyone can understand, automate and spread online without the ego or the hassles of the "Info-Product Marketer" stuff...

So, is it legal? This was the first thing that came to my mind as I first thought about the concept of cash gifting. But let me ask you, do you live in a country where you can give money to a friend or relative if you wanted to? Does your country allow you to receive money as a holiday or birthday or graduation gift? Did you receive cash at your wedding from friends and family? If you did... YOU have participated in gifting.

In researching this activity, I learned that both American and Canadian citizens, and other citizens around the world have the right to gift property, cash and other assets. The U.S. gifting rules are found in the IRS TAX CODE, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511.

And just know that those rules are focused on the tax liability of cash gifts. You should consult your CPA or Tax attorney for a full and comprehensive review and advise about how to treat cash generated from gifts in your specific tax situation.

By reading the law you find that one or more individuals can give a gift to another individual of up to $12,000 each per calendar year without any tax liability to either the giver or receiver of the gift, because the giver is using "after tax" cash to make the gift. In other words, the tax on that money has already been paid.

Again, for more complete information and advise on the tax rules regarding gifts, consult with legal and accounting professionals. This site is NOT written by legal experts or accounting experts and in no way should this information be taken as the delivery of legal or accounting advise.

Properly Structured Cash Gifting Activities are NOT PYRIMIDAL in structure. There is no "fat cat" at the top benefiting from others. A person starting today can easily generate more money than some other person who has been in for more than a year. This is one of the MAIN reasons I had stayed away from Cash Gifting programs in the past...

There is no pyramid. It's strictly between YOU and the person who you invite to learn about your cash gifting activity and sharing club. If they like the concept, they may agree to give you a cash gift. Direct. Person to person. No pyramid anywhere.

In the past, most cash gifting programs were structured with an attempt to copy or "clone" the current Multi-Level Marketing type of compensation plans. There were weird "cycling" systems where the new gifter would be required to invite a number of new enrollees, BEFORE they were "ranked" and able to receive any gifts themselves...

Other programs were structured using "Matrix", "Binary" or other complicated form of "multi level marketing" style of compensation programming. BY DEFINITION THESE TYPES OF STUCTURES ARE IMPROPER to Cash Gifting and potentially Illegal.

There is a big difference between that old type of cash gifting activity structure, and the current properly structured activities.

In today's properly structured activities, there are no ranks, or cycling or positions. You as a member of a private sharing club invite others to learn about the activity. When a person you invite decides to join, they gift you directly. No fat cats, no middlemen, nobody else ever touches the gift. It goes directly from the giver of the gift, to the receiver of the gift.

The fact that people are using websites, email and other forms of inviting and communication is just a fact of the leveraging power of communication that you have available these days. Instead of having to personally explain the concept, process and details to people one by one, in person (and potentially not explaining it correctly) we now have the ability to communicate to thousands, and in fact, millions of others around the globe with the use of web sites, recorded infomation calls, and audio/videos.

This is the MAIN fact that has made internet cash gifting programs so extremely popular and effective in recent months. We can invite and communicate with people around the globe for almost zero cost with the internet, chat programs, forums, social networking, email etc...

Proper Documentation is Critical...Properly structured gifting programs or systems will utilize proper documentation in the form of Cash Gifting Statements/Letters and Non-Solicitation forms, which when signed and witnessed, are binding agreements between two or more individuals. These forms are used to ensure the legitimacy and sustainability of the activity and should be filed and shared with the proper tax preparation people, CPAs and or accountants.

How does Cash Gifting compare to traditional "Home Based Business" opportunities?

This is my favorite part. I've been around home "biz ops" for some years now and I've had the chance to really promote many different systems and learn all of the strengths and weaknesses that come with each different style of program.

In our Cash Gifting Review Blog we'll go into much more detail about these aspects, but to give you an idea of some of the weaknesses or challenges affecting most of the "business opportunities" out in the market, I'll review a couple of the glaring ones that have affected myself and my partners:

1. Merchant processing: NIGHTMARE. First off, it's sometimes a headache to try and find merchant processors for my international partners. Some people don't easilly qualify for them. Other times, the delays in receiving funds and the high fees associated with merchant processors can be an issue that takes away from the focus on growing the program.

Chargebacks and bad faith refunds are another hassle marketers in those programs have to deal with. But the most serious thing that starting happening recently is that processors can freeze and cancel merchant accounts at any time for seemingly any reason, including... SUCCESS.

Turns out that if you really succeed and drive a lot of sales to your processor, they may get nervouse about potential charge backs and freeze your account. Paypal is notorious for this, and even google checkout and linkpoint, some of the most popular processors used in the industry have begun to freeze, cancel and refuse their services to the home business industry.

No long explanation is needed to see how this can be a HUGE problem. If you can't get paid, it's meaningless how great a system or program is at converting sales. Anything that takes the focus away from teaching and taking action on the activities that produce results just slows everyone down.

2. Meaningless "Products": So many programs are put together with some "token" products which can be collections of ebooks, software downloads, vacation vouchers, potions, lotions, and juices, that instead of leaving you to focus on helping people drive traffic, attract and lead... many inexperienced and experienced marketers get mired into the "tit for tat" justification game or waste so much time in "persuasion" or convincing about this product versus that product, that it slows the results people actually get.

It's been my personal experience that most people looking for ways to generate money online came looking for just that... ways in which to generate cash from home using the internet...

They didn't come searching for the best collection of ebooks, downloads, potions, vitamins or soap... that's just nonsense used by others who, of course, have a specific agenda of persuading you to join them and buy their "product"...

All of these useless and time wasting arguments are avoided in cash gifting because it's so simple. If people are interested in generating cash using automation and simplicity... then with cash gifting, they can focus on those core activities that lead them directly to realize the real goal.

3. Complicated "Systems" to explain or compensation plans to debated over: Other traditional "biz ops" come with their own unique, and sometimes complicated compensation plans. And most new people have trouble dealing with explaining all the differences and details of comp plans, instead of just keeping it simple and helping others really succceed.

With Cash Gifting there are no complicated compensation structures to explain, or debate about. No lost focus in order to argue with some person about some insignificant comp plan details. Cash Gifting is straight forward and SIMPLE. And that is key to success from home.

If we really take an honest look at the industry, most experts would agree that about 95% or so of the people currently in a "home business" are really fooling themselves into thinking they're entrepreneurs.

The agreed upon reality is that most people likely are NOT looking to be IN "business" at all. People just want to generate cash. And they want to tap into simple systems that help them generate the cash to handle all the little extras they need and then some. They don't come online to be juice salesman or "MLMers".

And Cash Gifting gives them pretty much a straight line path to the most efficient way to generate cash and help others learn how to do the same, and WITHOUT all the pretense and meaningless hype and fluff associated with so many of the "business opportunity" programs out there.

They just want a simple system that generates MONEY

Cash gifting seems to have mass appeal to just about everyone no matter where you live in the world. It's a simpler concept to understand and no fluff products or services get in the way... no super sales skills needed or required and it seems to also have a higher conversion rate compared to other non gifting, home based programs.

There are a variety of gifting levels that these private clubs require and you can even gift another person according to what you mutually agree to. Gifting is strictly between the giver and the receiver, but structured levels are created in these activities to facilitate the integrity of the activity and to make them sustainable, simple and easy to understand.

The other thing to keep in mind is that most Cash Gifting programs only allow you to receive gifts at the level at which you pledge at. In other words, pledge at $150, and receive $150 gifts from people you invite. Gift at $1,000 and receive gifts of at all levels up to the $1,000 gift that you pledged at. It's fair. It's simple. And it works. This simplicity is exactly the reason cash gifting is growing exponentially right now, especially on the internet. It's delivering precisely what the people are interested in... Cash.
