Now this is where it gets sorta funny, (in an add insult to injury fashion). In the car business, as with probably most sales related industries, when volume drops, regardless of WHAT may be taking place in the economy, it is Management's fault. Consequently stress levels and hours increased at about the rate my income had decreased.

I found myself working with the type of General Manager that simply wrenches every ounce of energy out of his people then moves on to the next. When I wasn't able to attend my kid's birthday party, (I DID get to come in an hour or so late so I could drop them off at THEIR party), I knew I had had enough.

I began looking to the internet to find an escape. Bills were falling behind, I wasn't able to spend time with my kids, I was generally turning into a person I didn't want to be.

I found a cash gifting program and loved the concept of being able to help others WHILE helping myself and my family. Unfortunately I STILL have yet to hear from the person that I sent my gift off to. I got an email from him with a couple affiliate links in it and that was about it. He is one of the MANY dodge your phone calls after receiving your gift type inviters.

I then got involved in Cruise to Cash and was Blessed to thankfully find a mentor that taught me a great deal about internet marketing. What marketing avenues work as well as what doesn't. I was able to take the knowledge I received from him, as well as a great deal of experimentation on my own and put together a program that has enabled me to effectively market online as well as off.

I was still more impressed with the concept and heart of gifting however, and found Abundant Living System. I knew that my marketing was in place and put together a training plan and simple step by step instructions as to what needed to be done to excel.

By this time I knew what needed to be done to be effective, and I knew what it felt like to be abandoned by a "guru". Which is why I approach this activity so differently than most. I have put together a training website, a support staff for myself as well as my team, and most importantly, I am always available. To further help those that joined me be successful, I even diverged from the ALS system and was the first to offer to pass back pass ups. I did this to help my team get cash faster as well as move up through the system quicker. Which combined with my training and support, enabled me to build the most successful team in ALS.

I know that EVERY team leader in any type of online marketing whether it is The People's Programs or any other, claims to offer support and training. Then 95% vanish. God's grace has allowed my kids and I, to prosper incredibly with cash gifting. And I don't take that lightly, or for granted, I believe I have been so blessed by this activity BECAUSE I go the extra mile for my team. BECAUSE I am so committed to THEIR success. Which is why I make myself as available as possible to those that join me and even those that joined others and need my help.
